Conversion is done with LibreOffice. Office files to PDF convert very faithfully. Converting a PDF back into Word is harder by nature: text is kept, but complex layouts may become text boxes that need some tidying. Files are sent over HTTPS, processed on our server and deleted automatically after you download the result.
