Sangani Infotech

Owner and publisher of FilesSwift, India

About this author

Sangani Infotech builds and runs FilesSwift from India. The site started in July 2026 with a handful of converters, and it grew around jobs that keep coming up: a photo that is a few kilobytes over an exam portal's limit, a scan that will not fit an upload box, a JSON response that needs reading before a deadline.

The same owner maintains the tools and the articles about them, so an article can be checked against the code that runs behind the button. When a tool changes, its page is meant to change too, and the dates on each page show when that last happened.

Topics covered

  • PDF jobs: merging, splitting, compressing, protecting and converting
  • Photo, signature and document uploads for Indian exam and government portals
  • Image, audio and video formats and what affects their file size
  • JSON, CSV, YAML, regular expressions, tokens, timestamps and other developer basics

How articles are checked before they go up

An article is only as useful as its numbers, so the figures come from somewhere you could repeat yourself.

  • Sizes and timings are copied from the screen after running the tool, and the file used is described next to the result. A file made specially for a test is labelled as one.
  • Exam and portal limits come from the notice or the portal, not from another website's summary. Where two official pages disagree, the article says so and tells you which one to trust.
  • Screenshots are of the FilesSwift tool itself with test files, never of somebody's real document.
  • If an official source could not be reached or does not publish a number, the article says that instead of guessing.
