About Sign PDF

Sign PDF places an image of your signature onto a PDF — on the first page, the last page or every page — in the corner or centre you choose. It is the quick way to sign a letter, an invoice or an approval form without printing and scanning.

Take a photo of your signature on white paper or draw it in any app, save it as PNG (ideally with a transparent background), and upload it with your document. You control the signature's width as a percentage of the page.

How to use Sign PDF

  1. Upload the PDF to sign, then upload your signature image.
  2. Choose the page (First, Last or All), the position and the size (10–60% of the page width).
  3. Press Sign and download the signed PDF.

Key features

  • Signature on the first, last or every page
  • Five positions: four corners and centre
  • Size from 10% to 60% of the page width
  • PNG with transparency, JPG and other image formats

When to use Sign PDF

  • Signing an offer letter, NDA or rental agreement that asks for a signature on the last page.
  • Adding your signature to every page of a document that needs initials on each page.
  • Approving invoices or purchase orders without printing them.

Tips and common problems

  • A signature width of about 20–30% of the page usually looks natural.
  • Crop your signature image tightly; empty paper around it pushes the signature away from the corner.
  • If a form has a specific signature box, check whether one of the corner positions lands on it before sending.
  • For legally binding digital signatures (such as a DSC for government filings), use certified signing software.

Frequently asked questions

This adds a visible image of your signature, which is accepted for many everyday documents. It is not a certificate-based digital signature (such as a DSC used for government filings). Check what your recipient requires.
