Reporting a problem? Include these details
- The tool you used — for example Compress PDF or JSON to CSV.
- The file type and size — for example a 12 MB scanned PDF or a 3,000-row CSV.
- The exact error message, or what you expected and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser — for example Android, Chrome.
Please do not send confidential documents. If we need a sample file to reproduce a problem, we will ask, and a file with dummy data is enough.
Quick answers to common questions
My PDF says it is protected
Remove the password first with Unlock PDF (you need to know the password), then use the other tool.
The text in my PDF cannot be selected or extracted
It is probably a scanned document — a picture of text. OCR PDF adds a searchable English text layer.
My file is too big for a website's upload limit

What happens to the files I upload?
They are used only to create your result and are deleted automatically, normally within 15 minutes. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
