About Remove Pages

Remove Pages deletes the pages you don't want from a PDF — blank scan pages, an old cover sheet, duplicate pages or confidential pages — and keeps everything else in its original order.

Type the page numbers to delete, using single numbers and ranges such as 2,4-6. The remaining pages are copied without any change in quality.

How to use Remove Pages

  1. Upload the PDF.
  2. Enter the pages to remove, e.g. 3 or 1,4-6.
  3. Press Remove and download the shorter PDF.

Key features

  • Delete single pages and ranges in one step
  • Remaining pages keep their original order
  • No loss of quality
  • Protects you from accidentally removing every page

When to use Remove Pages

  • Deleting blank backs of pages that were scanned double-sided.
  • Removing an outdated cover page or an instruction sheet before sending a form.
  • Taking out pages with personal details before sharing the rest of a document.

Tips and common problems

  • Note the page numbers in your PDF reader before you start; ranges such as 4-6 save typing.
  • Removing a page deletes it from the new file — but keep the original if you might need it again.
  • To check which pages are blank in a long scan, look at the thumbnail view of your PDF reader.

Frequently asked questions

No. At least one page must stay — the tool will ask you to leave a page.
