About PowerPoint Converter

PowerPoint Converter converts presentations (PPTX and PPT) to PDF, and PDF to presentation formats. A PDF version of your deck opens on any device, looks the same everywhere and is easy to email or print — no PowerPoint needed.

Each slide becomes one PDF page. The conversion is done with LibreOffice; animations and transitions are not part of a PDF, and fonts that are not installed on our server are replaced with similar ones. Files are sent over HTTPS, processed on our server and deleted automatically after you download the result.

How to use PowerPoint Converter

  1. Upload a PPTX, PPT or PDF file.
  2. Choose the output format.
  3. Press Convert and download the result.

Key features

  • PPTX and PPT to PDF, one slide per page
  • No PowerPoint licence needed
  • Images, shapes and text kept
  • Powered by LibreOffice

When to use PowerPoint Converter

  • Emailing a presentation as a PDF that opens on any phone or computer.
  • Printing slides or sharing them as handouts after a talk.
  • Submitting a deck to a portal that only accepts PDF.

Tips and common problems

  • Animations do not exist in PDF — slides with build-up animations show their final state.
  • Embed fonts in PowerPoint before converting to avoid font substitution.
  • To print several slides per page, convert to PDF first, then use N-Up PDF.

Frequently asked questions

No — a PDF is a static document. Each slide is saved as it looks at the end of its animations.
